Salary: £35,000 plus pension and excellent bens.

An excellent opportunity for a talented Electronics Engineer looking to take their skills to the next level of design and innovation. Here you will work alongside an Expert Design Engineer and help design, develop and test new electronic circuits, boards, and systems. This is a hands-on position combining circuit design, prototype testing and compliance verification for new product release etc.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, Design and develop electronic circuits and systems from concept through to testing and sign off with the Reliability team

Work with cross-functional teams in QA, Mechanical Engineers and manufacturing on new product plans.

Resolve problems and debug as needed and document any issues and corrective procedures

Create documentation from design through to product info. For input to White Papers etc.

Evaluate component selection, signal integrity, EMC performance and manufacturability.

Support firmware for embedded systems, DSP and techniques

Provide technical input and support to customers for design reviews and continuous product improvement.
Ideal Profile:
Degree or Qualification in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

Proven experience in Electronics circuitdesign and development (analog/digital/mixed-signal).

Knowledge of test & measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc).

Experience or knowledge of RF design etc.

Good understanding of microcontrollers / embedded systems

Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Self-motivated, with good documentation and communication abilities.
Desirable Extras

Familiarity with firmware/C/C++ for hardware bring-up and test.

Experience with RF circuits, DSP

Knowledge of ISO and QA processes.
