Operations Support Supervisor/Manager

Location: Hybrid – based Maidenhead area, UK, 3 days in the office

Salary: £38K-40K basic plus 8K bonus & excellent benefits

A really exciting challenge for an experienced Team Leading Operations Manager with software or eCommerce support experience. You will be responsible for the Team management of the maintenance & operational support team . You will manage and lead a small team of eCommerce Operations SaaS Support Technicians, who are accountable to the clients for the maintenance of all existing solutions, utilising a best-practice approach, and working to SLAs & KPIs to deliver quality support on time etc.

Key responsibilities/Ideal Profile:

  • Lead & manage the day-to-day tasks of the team, ensuring account updates and data needs are maintained
  • Prioritise, delegate & assist to ensure the tasks are completed on to the KPIs and SLAs etc.
  • Responsible for & lead the team to ensure a successful outcome of the data needs
  • Deal with change requests and allocate tasks accordingly
  • Manage allocations of accounts for Team and align with various stakeholders, Senior Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Data Team, Product specialists/owners etc, Project Managers and rest of the EMEA Team needs for Client Delivery & retention
  • Identify training and development needs and coach the team accordingly
  • Work closely with Senior Management and future needs for software and tools to improve services
  • Be key contact for existing clients to resolve issues effectively and drive a high rate of client satisfaction
  • Confident and experienced presenter and have excellent English
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK indefinitely
  • An Operations Diploma or Business Management Diploma or Certification would be an advantage as would a second European language.
