Based: WFH – with some travel in UK & DACH region – expenses paid

Salary: C£45K-£50K basic plus Excellent Comm Plan – expected OTE £65K-£70K
A fantastic opportunity to join this growing SaaS Global thriving Leader & work closely with the Sales VP & DACH Team to carry out the discovery meetings to provide software solutions in the DACH Region.
This is a new role in the Team and you will build strong relationships with the German speaking Partners in the DACH region. This will include managing the incoming business leads and carry out the discovery meetings to identify the urgency and qualify them using BANT or similar to then pass over to the Senior Regional Sales Director/Manager to follow up and close. There will no cold-calling, only warm meetings. You will deal with a range of prospects across DACH & Key Partners to identify their need in SaaS Business Solutions for Customer Services for major and mid-size organisations. This role is expected to grow and offer real progression to a Client Director in 12-18 months with intense training and Certifications in the industry to be gained.
You will need fluent or native German and a proven track record in IT Sales, preferably Software and SaaS and have a good discovery approach to discuss customer needs in their business covering their Customer Services & Contact Centre requirements and Customer Satisfaction levels etc. pain points.
You will work closely with the US for Training and Initiatives to share best practice etc. and nurture the DACH relationships through the Partner & prospecting cycle to keep them warm for direct customer management working closely to improve the Sales pipeline for Germany & the DACH region.
This is a challenging role and you will need to very confident to talk with and present solutions on MS Teams daily with Key Partners & Prospects and inspire them to discover more about the solutions etc. Product Training will be given as well as the successful sales model that is working well and you will have a dotted line into the US for Global initiatives and training/support.
Ideal Profile:
- 3-4+ years in Solution Sales, ideally, SaaS using a Sales methodology and be used to keeping the CRM or Salesforce up to date and mapping your Sales Pipeline with the Sales Team to manage Accounts and work with Partners to prospect and nurture the relationships etc.
- Good Sales record for business development and looking to join a growing business in their expansion plans and earn commission as part of the team.
- Some sales experience in Software, SaaS, e-billing Contact Centre Software or all round Business Services would be good.
- Proven track record where you have enabled sales of Services and have helped grow the business and revenue in direct and Partner Sales mix for the DACH region ideally.
