“I worked with Hi-Calibre from 2011 onwards in my role as VP Worldwide Sales for our company. I was looking to recruit Marketing, Sales and Pre-sale staff to support the growth of our company into new geographical territories. The brief was a tough one, as we are selling software based solutions for the shipping industry to facilitate fuel and emission savings on a single vessel, or fleet wide basis.
