“I worked with Hi-Calibre from 2011 onwards in my role as VP Worldwide Sales for our company. I was looking to recruit Marketing, Sales and Pre-sale staff to support the growth of our company into new geographical territories. The brief was a tough one, as we are selling software based solutions for the shipping industry to facilitate fuel and emission savings on a single vessel, or fleet wide basis. We required staff that had experience of working in small, VC backed, entrepreneurial, high growth organisations, with all the associated ups and downs. In total, I hired two Sales Managers (for Scandinavia and Middle East) and one Marketing Manager and we are currently using Hi-Calibre for sales staff in Greece and the USA.
