Previous consulting experience gained within either a CRM software vendor or the CRM practice of a major systems integrator. Understanding of market leading CRM packages such as Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Amdocs CRM6, Peoplesoft CRM. Experience of most stages in the systems delivery lifecycle from requirements definition through to implementation. Translating customer requirements into project plans and preparing and delivering high quality proposals, presentations & product demonstrations. Experience of progress monitoring and reporting and involving analytical and creative thought. Experienced in high profile work with tight timescales. Extensive subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
