Our Client, one of the fastest growing software CRM Global Organisations are expanding their team to include an Engagement Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring both continued revenue growth for the services practice and successful customer engagements during the solution deployment. You will be an integral part of the sales cycle, selling services capacity and also providing oversight during deployments to mitigate project risk, manage project economics and engage with customers at an executive level to ensure excellent services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales pipeline for the territory.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly bookings targets for the territory.
Manage executive level client relationships and provide team oversight while your practice members are delivering projects.
Manage all aspects of the client engagement including training and integration
Recruit talented consultants, mentor and coach individuals within the team

Collaborate with certified service partners for engagements within the territory
Travel regularly (up to 50%) within the territory and occasional travel outside the territory.

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
Significant experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services.
Significant experience of enterprise level project management experience (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing).
Solid CRM application experience, or experience with products and/or processes related to sales, marketing Or support and services.
P&L responsibilities related to specific projects.
